David Stinner
President
David is the founder and president of US itek Group, where he oversees all the department managers, heads up business development, and is the Virtual CIO for his client base. In July of 2007 David was ranked the Number 1 System Builder by CRN Magazine and profiled as the cover story for "10 White-Hot System Builders" that have found success focusing on cutting-edge technologies and market niches. David holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees, in Linguistics and in Geography/International Business from the University at Buffalo.
After completion of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership program from the University at Buffalo School of Management in 2009, he was also nominated to the UB Alumni Association board of directors.
David has been working in the computer hardware field for 17 years. Prior to founding US itek, he worked at a large White-Box system builder starting as an assembler, repair technician, telephone support specialist, then quality control inspector, webmaster, and ultimately the Director of Purchasing, in charge of product development and over $120,000 in daily Just-in-Time buying. His passion for consulting with business owners and organization directors to find and remediate the pain points of technology, install technology to reduce inefficiencies, and provide the peace-of-mind of data backup, disaster recovery and network security, are the pillars of the CareFree IT support offering that is the core competency of US itek Group. His focus on several vertical markets including advanced manufacturing, legal, healthcare, and engineering allows him to share the best practices, such as the manufacturing ISO framework of accountability, or the security of HIPPA regulations in Healthcare, across all clients. Impossible is word that is not in his vocabulary, and under pressure is when he thrives the most.
David also speaks at multiple seminars on the topic of: Social Networking - Growing Your Business by Applying Social Networking Tools. His forward thinking and planning has allowed US itek to offer exceptional solutions that provide return on investment in the area of Managed Services and adaption to today's fast-changing business technology.
David is married with five sons and resides in Kenmore. In his time away from the office, he enjoys watching Storage Wars and reading Michael Gerber and Jim Collins books. His favorite quote is "That which does not kill us makes us stronger."

Mark Clift
VP of Information Services
Mark has been working as a technologist in the computer networking and security field for over 25 years. Prior to this Mark was an accomplished Master Electrician holding master licenses in Buffalo and Tonawanda New York. In 1998 he started a consulting business and in the summer of 2004 he merged the business with US itek and now holds the position of Vice President of Information Technology. He holds numerous certifications from Microsoft, CEH and CompTIA. His vast knowledge and experience is a tremendous asset appreciated by US itek peers, clients and colleagues. He can always be counted on to tackle and solve the most complex design and troubleshooting issues.

Todd Patterson
General Manager
Maintains the relationship between US itek and the client. Ensures the client's needs and goals are being met on every project. Oversee the showroom sales with consumer customers.

Renee Farley
Accounting Manager
She is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Grace Wang
Marketing & Product Coordinator
Assist producing marketing literature, organize marketing events and activities. She is responsible for product purchasing, vendor relationship management and RMA issue.

Outside sales, Allscripts electronic health record solution consultant.

Ken Czworka
PC Technician
Build and configure properly customized PCs, provide the general maintenance to the computer and the computer equipment. Maintain Ebay item pictures and online sales.

Remote Support Technician
Remote diagnosis and repair of issues pertaining to Desktops, Networks, and other infrastructures.

Robert Dunmire
Network Analyst
Upgrade, install and troubleshoot networks, networking hardware devices and software; develop and document system standards for customer computer and network devices.

Marcel Ross
PC Technician
Maintain general sales in the showroom. Install and test PCs, troubleshoot computer performance issues, diagnose hardware-related problems.

Remote Support Technician
Remote diagnosis and repair of issues pertaining to Desktops, Networks, and other infrastructures.

Field Specialist
Install, repair and service computers, network, printers, copiers and facsimiles at customer's locations throughout the area.
