What is warranty on parts? US itek warranties all new parts for 30days. Special order items must be warrantee by the manufacturer. Some items are covered for 90-days or one year. Consult your invoice.
What is our warranty on Full Systems? US itek warranties full systems if US itek built the system, loaded the operating system and performed Quality Control on the computer. If you purchased the components and built the computer, we will only warranty the parts individually. Our warranties on new systems range from 90-days to 2 years. Consult your invoice for details.
