1997: Itek takes on sales to business customers.
1999: Company incorporates and changes name to US itek.
Establishes larger offices in Kenmore. US itek expands business into
Educational Sales. Begins national distribution of Computers and IT

US itek purchases assets of Black Cat Computer.
US itek arranges acquisition of User Friendly PC Customers.
Forerunner in US to debut Digital Video Surveillance product line at
Las Vegas International Security Conference. Created customer
leasing program. Become AMD, 3Com and Western Digital Partners.
2001: Move to new Suites Expansion of our Wholesale showroom
a second time. Announcement of Xerox authorization. Announcement of
Panasonic tough book authorization. Further expansion of computer
assembly facility. First Contract with Fortune 500 firm to provide
custom IT manufacturing and logistics. Became Intel Product dealer
and Microsoft System Builder. Created customer leasing program.

2002: First Business First Fast Track 50 award of Fastest
growing firms in Buffalo Niagara. Created position of Marketing
Director. Creation of itek.case line of premium computer chassis.
Creation of itek Kiosk Division of Custom Manufacturing. Sony Vaio
Authorized Reseller.
New York State OGS contract awarded. Expansion of Government sales
division. Expansion of Educational Sales division. Qualification of
NYS Empire Zone.
2003: Second Business First Fast Track 50 award of Fastest
growing firms in Buffalo Niagara. Creation of new Business
Development Group. David Stinner nominated for “Entrepreneur of the
Year” by Buffalo Business First.
Creation of Computer Recycling Division. Became Microsoft Authorized
Educational Reseller. Itek.ACCESS program to offer Joint sales with
Government and Educational accounts. Awarded contract with Virginia
Polytechnic Institute. Creates Employee Purchase program with local
large companies. Offers personal financing for retail showroom.
Introduced Small Form Factor computing at GTC East Conference held
in Albany. Developed itek Custom Manufacturing and itek Contact
Manufacturing to build upon itek.CASE and relations built in China
an Taiwan.
2004:Third Business First Fast Track 50 award of Fastest
growing firms in Buffalo Niagara. Merger with Electric.com &
Expansion of IT Services. Creation of itek Communications offering
IP Telephony. Creation of itek Cabling offering LAN, video and
datacenter installations. Creation of itek LAN Security and itek IT
Policy. Development of itek Document Management Systems. Expand IT
service to a staff of 50 across New York State, New Jersey, New
England, including offices in New York City. First to have Windows
Media Center Showroom in Buffalo Niagara.
2005: Creation of itek Game Server Hosting.
