David Stinner

President

David is the founder and president of US itek, where he oversees all the department managers, heads up business development, and is the Virtual CIO for our client base. In July of 2007 we were ranked the Number 1 System Builder by CRN Magazine and profiled as the cover story for "10 White-Hot System Builders" that have found success focusing on cutting-edge technologies and market niches. David holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees, in Linguistics and in Geography/International Business from the University at Buffalo. After completion of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership program from the University at Buffalo School of Management in 2009, he was also nominated to the UB Alumni Association board of directors. David has been working in the computer hardware field since he was 17 years old. Prior to founding US itek, he worked at a large White-Box system builder starting as an assembler, moving to repair technician, then telephone support specialist, then quality control inspector, webmaster, and ultimately the Director of Purchasing, in charge of product development and over $120,000 in daily Just-in-Time buying. His passion for consulting with business owners and organization directors to find and remediate the pain points of technology, install technology to reduce inefficiencies, and provide the peace-of-mind of data backup, disaster recovery and network security, are the pillars of the CareFree IT support offering that is the core competency of US itek. His focus on several vertical markets including advanced manufacturing, legal, healthcare, and engineering allows him to share the best practices, such as the manufacturing ISO framework of accountability, or the security of HIPPA regulations in Healthcare, across all clients. Impossible is word that is not in his vocabulary, and under pressure is when he thrives the most. David has also been a speaker at multiple seminars on the topic of: Social Networking - Growing Your Business by Applying Social Networking Tools. His forward thinking and planning has allowed US itek to offer exceptional solutions that provide return on investment in the area of Managed Services and adaption to today's fast-changing business technology. David is married with five sons and resides in Tonawanda. In his time away from the office, he enjoys traveling, cycling with the kids, and reading business books.

Dan has practiced public accounting for over 25 years as the sole proprietor of Daniel Tirone, Certified Public Accountants, a leading professional tax, accounting, auditing, and consulting practice in Buffalo, New York for over 25 years, and now provides business consulting services. He is especially noted for innovative thinking applied to business and governmental entities. He was the President of a local medical products manufacturing firm for two years and Chief Financial Officer of one of the largest medical billing companies in Western New York. He has also taught at Bryant & Stratton College, Erie Community College as well as developed and delivered courses to industry professionals on emerging technology topics. He has acted as President/Chief Restructuring Officer of a local manufacturing company and has consulted to businesses both pre and post-bankruptcy. Dan is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo (1981), the Harvard Business School Club Management Development Program (2005), and the Past President of the Buffalo Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) where he also served on the Governmental Accounting, Banking Committees, the Emerging Technology and Subchapter S Committees. His community involvement has included being a founding member of the Eastern Hills Sunrise Rotary, an Exempt member of the Snyder Fire Department and Past member and Chairman of the Erie County Audit Committee.

Mark P. Clift

Vice President of Information Systems

Mark has been working as a technologist in the computer networking and security field for over 25 years. Prior to this Mark was an accomplished Master Electrician holding master licenses in Buffalo and Tonawanda New York. In 1998 he started a consulting business and in the summer of 2004 he merged that business with US itek and now holds the position of Vice President of Information Systems. He holds numerous certifications from Microsoft, CEH and CompTIA. His vast knowledge and experience is a tremendous asset appreciated by US itek peers, clients and colleagues. He can always be counted on to tackle and solve the most complex design and troubleshooting issues. He is responsible for engineering the systems that comprise our Cloud and Managed Services practice, our Network Operation Center and our data center operations. He also is the lead network administrator of CareFree IT clients and senior technical mentor to the entire helpdesk team.


Rob Kibler

Rob Kibler

Design Desk & vCIO

Rob joined the US itek team October 2016 as a Technology Consultant but moved into the roles of Design Desk and vCIO. His previous experience before moving to Buffalo had been consulting for technology-based companies in Silicon Valley as well as spending many years working Managed Services while living in the Colorado Rockies/Denver Metro area.

Day to Day, Rob performs a number of key functions working alongside US itek Staff, Clients, and Vendors, to bring the best to bear when recommending solutions to business challenges. Among his favorite tasks are striving to keep technology aligned to Best Standards and Practices, advocating on client’s behalf with Vendors, and tackling processes to work towards efficiencies.

Nicola Adimey

Finance Coordinator

Nicola started working as the office assistant in 2015, her job focusing on purchasing, inventory, and helping improve and mainstream some of the inner office protocols. She is very organized and likes to take on new projects, so when the position of finance coordinator became available, she was happy to take on the new responsibilities. As the Finance Coordinator, she is in charge of all accounting functions and her duties include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, preparing budgets and financial statements and being responsible for keeping pertinent records and handling relevant inquiries.

Nicola has three daughters, ages 19, 16, and 10 who keep her busy. There are only two seasons in the Adimey household, summer where they like to be active outdoors, go to the beach, and visit family and friends in Germany and hockey season when Nicola coaches the Amherst / Clarence / Sweet Home Girls Varsity hockey team, her two younger daughters play travel hockey for the Buffalo Bisons and her oldest daughter plays hockey at college, now in her sophomore year.

Jeffrey Landberg

Technology Alignment Manager

Jeff was hired in November 2018 as a Computer/Network Support Technician and shortly after took on the role as Technology Alignment Specialist working onsite directly with the customer. After over a year in that position, he was promoted to Technology Alignment Manager. Since then, Jeff has been responsible for the coordination of our Service Desk as well as the development and implementation of our best practices across all our clients networks and technology infrastructure. He is the evangelist of standards and alignment through scheduled on-site visits, documentation, and develops a technical relationship with our clients based on the Technology Alignment process. His role is paramount for the creation of our strategic Technology Roadmap Review meetings with clients and our vCIOs. His goals are to use the alignment process to reduce Helpdesk service requests and as a result our clients enjoy increased functionality, fewer technology issues, better morale, and reduced risks.

He is currently attending ECC pursuing his degree in Information Technology and Networking while working full time at US itek. He has been working on computers since he was 13 years old and on networking equipment since he was 14. He has done work for a wide range of clients and helped install all the networking equipment at the new University at Buffalo School of Medicine. He is eager to bring his skills to US itek.

Carson joined the US itek team in November of 2018 as a Computer/Network Support Technician. He graduated from SUNY Fredonia in May of 2018 with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. Throughout his studies, he has worked with data mining, web development, Object-Oriented Programming, MS Office, and more. During his time with US itek, he has become skilled in networking, software, and hardware, while also becoming a Certified Sophos Engineer. Carson’s favorite thing about his job is facing the most complex problems and developing an intricate solution to better our customer’s productivity.

Jake Fischer

Computer & Network Support Specialist

Jake started at US itek in April 2019 and holds the role of Computer/Network Support Specialist. He has over 6 years of experience working with computer and networking equipment, has four certificates from the Cisco Networking Academy, and is currently attending SUNY Erie pursuing an Information Technology degree. He comes with a hands-on background of repairing computers at Geek Squad, and is determined to keep learning higher-level IT concepts at US itek. Jake is responsible for interacting with all our clients, delivering remote support across a wide range of technologies including networking, cloud, line-of-business software, hardware, and cybersecurity. He is an expert across a wide range of vertical business markets and always seeks to find speedy resolutions. Our customers enjoy working with him as he is always empathetic to their service requests, and he takes action to make sure repeat issues don’t come up in the future as part of our continuous improvement culture to deliver better IT outcomes.
