David Stinner
President
David is the President and Founder of US itek, overseeing company direction and growth. David, an optimist, believes science and technology improve life. Impossible is not in his vocabulary, and he thrives under pressure. His roots in computer hardware dates to the 1980s, taking apart and reassembling TRS-80 and IBM XT computers as a child. The journey in the technology business began as a 10-year-old merchant, selling at Hamfests, county fairgrounds, computer shows, culminating in retail and wholesale operations, mail order and ecommerce, selling tens of millions of dollars of computer hardware and ranked the number one system builder by CRN Magazine. Anticipating the commoditization of hardware, David pivoted to Managed Services, providing professional services to small and medium sized businesses.
He has a passion for consulting with business owners to find and remediate the pain points of technology, utilizing technology to reduce inefficiencies, and providing peace-of-mind security, the pillars of CareFree IT. "Technology Success", his business mantra, is a combination of best practices, where technology and security are strategic to business goals.
David holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees, in Linguistics and in Geography/International Business from the University at Buffalo and participated in the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) program from the University at Buffalo School of Management in 2009. He also served two terms on the UB Alumni Association board of directors.
He is active in his community, sitting on multiple committees at the Town of Tonawanda and the Kenmore Tonawanda Union Free School District, as well as holding an Executive Director position at the Kenmore Tonawanda Chamber of Commerce. A leader in the IT community, David holds an Advisory Board position for the ASCII Group, an organization of 1300 IT providers, and is an Xchange Board Advisor for The Channel Company, advising IT vendors of their programs and offerings.
David is married with five sons and resides in Tonawanda. In his time away from the office, he enjoys reading, traveling, and cycling with the kids.

Mark is a technologist with over thirty years’ experience in the computer networking and cybersecurity field. Prior to US itek, Incorporated, Mark was an accomplished Master Electrician holding licenses in multiple Western New York Municipalities. In 1998 he started a consulting practice, Electric.com, that he merged into US itek in 2004. As Vice President of Information Systems his responsibilities include engineering US itek’s Cloud, Managed IT, and Cybersecurity practice, as well as overseeing its Datacenter and Network Operations Center. He holds numerous certifications from Microsoft, CEH and CompTIA that along with his vast network security knowledge and business acumen empowers him to lead and mentor the network administration and Helpdesk teams at US itek.

Dan has practiced public accounting for over 25 years as the sole proprietor of Daniel Tirone, Certified Public Accountants, a leading professional tax, accounting, auditing, and consulting practice in Buffalo, New York for over 25 years, and now provides business consulting services. He is especially noted for innovative thinking applied to business and governmental entities. He was the President of a local medical products manufacturing firm for two years and Chief Financial Officer of one of the largest medical billing companies in Western New York. He has also taught at Bryant & Stratton College, Erie Community College as well as developed and delivered courses to industry professionals on emerging technology topics. He has acted as President/Chief Restructuring Officer of a local manufacturing company and has consulted to businesses both pre and post-bankruptcy. Dan is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo (1981), the Harvard Business School Club Management Development Program (2005), and the Past President of the Buffalo Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) where he also served on the Governmental Accounting, Banking Committees, the Emerging Technology and Subchapter S Committees. His community involvement has included being a founding member of the Eastern Hills Sunrise Rotary, an Exempt member of the Snyder Fire Department and Past member and Chairman of the Erie County Audit Committee.

Nicola Adimey
Finance Coordinator
Nicola started working as the office assistant in 2015, her job focusing on purchasing, inventory, and helping improve and mainstream some of the inner office protocols. She is very organized and likes to take on new projects, so when the position of finance coordinator became available, she was happy to take on the new responsibilities. As the Finance Coordinator, she is in charge of all accounting functions and her duties include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, preparing budgets and financial statements and being responsible for keeping pertinent records and handling relevant inquiries.
Outside of work, Nicola loves spending family time with her 3 daughters. She likes to be active outdoors, loves game nights, and walking their 3 dogs. In the winter, Nicola coaches Varsity hockey and since everyone in the family plays on various hockey teams, most likely you’ll find her at a rink around WNY.

Jeffrey Landberg
Business Development Manager
Jeff was hired in November 2018 as a Computer/Network Support Technician and shortly after took on the role as Technology Alignment Specialist working onsite directly with the customer. After over a year in that position, he was promoted to Technology Alignment Manager. Since then, Jeff has been responsible for the coordination of our Service Desk as well as the development and implementation of our best practices across all our clients networks and technology infrastructure. He is the evangelist of standards and alignment through scheduled on-site visits, documentation, and develops a technical relationship with our clients based on the Technology Alignment process. His role is paramount for the creation of our strategic Technology Roadmap Review meetings with clients and our vCIOs. His goals are to use the alignment process to reduce Helpdesk service requests and as a result our clients enjoy increased functionality, fewer technology issues, better morale, and reduced risks.
He is currently attending ECC pursuing his degree in Information Technology and Networking while working full time at US itek. He has been working on computers since he was 13 years old and on networking equipment since he was 14. He has done work for a wide range of clients and helped install all the networking equipment at the new University at Buffalo School of Medicine. He is eager to bring his skills to US itek.

Carson Smalling

Carson joined the US itek team in November of 2018 as a Computer/Network Support Technician. He graduated from SUNY Fredonia in May of 2018 with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. Throughout his studies, he has worked with data mining, web development, Object-Oriented Programming, MS Office, and more. During his time with US itek, he has become skilled in networking, software, and hardware, while also becoming a Certified Sophos Engineer. Carson’s favorite thing about his job is facing the most complex problems and developing an intricate solution to better our customer’s productivity.

Dylan Joseph

Dylan joined US itek in March 2022 as a Software Integration Coordinator. Born in Erie, Pennsylvania, he grew up playing video games and reading every book in his house. Dylan built his first computer in 2012 at the age of 11 which he still uses to this day, albeit with many upgrades since then. He is an award-winning poet and cyclist, and between 2012 and 2018 he was a member of the All-State Symphony Orchestra playing at Kleinhans Music Hall in Buffalo. After a year at Buffalo State for English Education, he enrolled in the University at Buffalo Cybersecurity Bootcamp, where he is currently pursuing seven different certifications in the networking and cybersecurity field. His hobbies include mountain biking, bowling, reading, and making music with his violin and various other instruments.

Before this he worked on the NGEN and SMIT projects supporting the United States Navy and their Contractors through its IT Service Desk.
